Important: Nommily is not medical advice
Nommily is a tool that helps you follow guidance from your medical team. It is not a substitute for that team, and nothing you read in the app is medical advice.
Don’t change your diet, medication, or treatment based on what Nommily shows you. If something on a recipe card or in the planner contradicts what your dietitian, cardiac team, GP, or stoma nurse told you, follow them, not us. If you’re ever unsure about whether a food is safe for you, talk to a qualified clinician.
The health-rules engine is a helpful nudge, not a clinical tool. It can be wrong. Your medical team is the source of truth for your diet.
What Nommily is
A meal-planning web app for people cooking for one (or a few), with a focus on UK seasonal ingredients and configurable health-aware filtering.
It’s a closed beta
Right now Nommily is in closed beta — small, hand-picked group, free to use. Things may break. I might lose data. Features may change without notice. By signing up, you accept that the app is provided “as is,” with no guarantees about availability or correctness.
Using Nommily sensibly
- Don’t share your account with anyone — your health profile is yours alone
- Don’t try to break, scrape, or attack the app
- Don’t use Nommily for any commercial purpose
- Be patient with bugs — tell me about them at hello@nommily.com
Closing your account
You can ask me to delete your account at any time by emailing hello@nommily.com. I’ll usually do it within a few days.
Liability
To the extent the law allows it, I’m not liable for losses you suffer from using Nommily — including any health consequences. The medical disclaimer at the top exists for this reason. Always defer to your clinical team.
Changes
If these terms change, I’ll update this page and tell you. For anything material, I’ll email you.
